Skyline Freight is building Tanzania’s most reliable lightweight logistics network. We connect boda riders and small trucks to daily deliveries, helping drivers earn and merchants run reliably.
Role summary
Motivated Field Agents to register and onboard bodaboda drivers in assigned stages across multiple cities. Work with local captains, run registration, install app, and ensure first trips.
Responsibilities
- Visit boda stages & markets daily (6–10am / 4–8pm).
- Register drivers (ID, plate, mobile money) via app/form.
- Short onboarding & first trip verification.
- Report daily into ops dashboard.
- Encourage referrals; work with captains.
- Maintain high data quality & prevent fraud.
💰 Compensation (hybrid: salary + commission)
- Attractive base salary + performance bonuses
- Commission per active driver (performance-based, paid after verification)
- Team bonus if monthly targets met

- Growth to Supervisor (extra pay)
Requirements
- 18+ years old; reliable smartphone & charger
- Good communication (Kiswahili/English)
- Willing to work early mornings & evenings

Freelancer Responsibilities
- Find and refer tenants, landlords, and service/product providers to sign up on Hubb Connect.
- Help the customer complete registration and confirm their subscription/payment (so you get commission).
- Use referral links / tracking tools provided by Hubb Connect.
- Participate in training and sales strategies.
Payment System (Commission – 30%)
Commission is 30% of the full payment from a customer who successfully registers and pays.
- Tenant — 20,000 TZS for 30 days → 6,000 TZS
- Landlord — 3,000 TZS for 14 days → 900 TZS
- Service Provider — Service — 20,000 TZS for 30 days → 6,000 TZS
- Service Provider — Product — 3,000 TZS for 30 days → 900 TZS
